3. Who can sign up as a vendor on Afrimall?

Afrimall is designed for vendors and businesses with products to sell. Individuals without a registered business may find it challenging to sign up as vendors on our platform.

4. How are prices determined on Afrimall?

Greenhouse Industrial Development Group Ghana Ltd, the owner of Afrimall, retains control over pricing. Prices may be adjusted, including increases or decreases, at Greenhouse’s discretion. Vendors will be compensated based on the cost price of their products.

5. What happens if there is a dispute between a vendor and Greenhouse?

In the event of disputes or grievances, both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations to resolve the issue amicably. We value transparency and fairness in all our dealings.

6. Can vendors monitor their sales on Afrimall?

Yes, vendors have the privilege to monitor their sales through the Afrimall platform. Detailed sales reports and analytics are provided to help vendors track their performance.
